The NPO is a large public broadcaster with rich and varied programming schedule for viewers and listeners from all walks of life.
The first part of the assignment was to restructure the HR department (10fte): Fix the basics, talent management, team structure and provide strategic direction.
The second part of the assignment was to connect People & Strategy within the recently centralized Marketing Direction (45 fte). It was important to create a dot on the horizon and to decide and implement the marketing strategy. The greatest challenge was to get the team into motion and engaged.
The marketing strategy was co-developed, and everyone was aware of their contribution. Additionally, we had to convince the stakeholders outside of Marketing of the importance of jointly reaching the dot on the horizon.
