Before I established myself as an independent entrepreneur, I fulfilled various sales and marketing positions during the first 10 years of my career. I then followed an additional study in Business Management where six months were spent specifically focusing on Strategic HR Management. This inspired me to make the step to HR Consulting.

I’ve had the opportunity to experience different and varied company processes and gain ample and diverse experience. My wealth of experience and skills provide a good basis for achieving results for clients.
Over the years, there’s been a clear red thread in the assignments: People & Change processes. Over the years, I’ve built a large network of interim professionals that I use depending on the client’s requirements.
