The assignment focused on leading the program management for the restructuring of the HR-department (61 FTE) as well as the implementation of the new service delivery model. A roadmap for the restructuring of the HR department was made, the introduction and deployment of the new operating model was achieved. The stakeholders were mapped, and the communication plan was aligned. In addition, advice regarding the approach to the works council was part of the assignment.
